We use the collected data strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. Specifically, your inputs (target handles and goals) are sent securely to third-party APIs (such as Apify and Google's Gemini) to execute the web scraping and psychological analysis required to generate your report.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary operational data with the following trusted infrastructure partners:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
• Apify: For the automated extraction of publicly available social media content.
• Google (Gemini): For processing raw scraped text into strategic insights.

4. Public Data Notice

ViralForensics processes publicly available information from third-party platforms. If you believe your publicly available social media data has been analyzed by our system and you wish to inquire about its use, please contact us. However, note that we do not store raw scraped competitor data long-term; it is processed in memory to generate the final strategy report.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and our third-party APIs is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
