ViralForensics provides AI-driven content analysis by accessing publicly available data on third-party social media platforms. We do not claim ownership over the third-party content analyzed, nor are we affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media network (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube).

3. Acceptable Use & Web Scraping

You agree to only input target handles and URLs that you are legally permitted to analyze. The Service automates the extraction of publicly visible data. You agree not to use ViralForensics to:

• Harass, stalk, or target individuals with malicious intent.
• Attempt to scrape private, protected, or restricted content.
• Resell the raw data outputs without significant modification or added value.

4. Accounts and Authentication

We use passwordless magic links for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. ViralForensics cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your inbox.

5. Limitation of Liability

The AI-generated playbooks and strategies are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only. ViralForensics does not guarantee any specific growth, metrics, or financial outcomes from executing the provided strategies. In no event shall ViralForensics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
